  • Initial Assessment including, biometrics (blood pressure, body fat, circumference measurements, weight) followed by a comprehensive joint and movement assessment.

  • These test provide Oskar with areas that need to be address when creating your long term Roadmap to health.

  • Oskar’s focus is on getting you to your goal and ensuring your body looks, moves, and performs incredibly.

  • We look at various factors when determining our nutritional approach, such as training, past successes and failures, psychological make up, etc.

  • Our focus when approaching nutrition is primarily on real food and restoring health.
